About the Course
Consistently rated as one of NASS’ most popular courses, Coding Update is an interactive course on pertinent issues in ICD-9 and CPT-4 coding including the complex nuances of evaluation and management as well as operative, nonoperative and radiology coding in the context of codes and physician work values. Implications and effects of proper coding and contract negotiation techniques for appropriate reimbursement and compliance are discussed. The course provides an opportunity to meet one-on-one with faculty, participate in extended hands-on coding sessions and network with others in the same Medicare region.
