The Aging Spine gives an update on and surgical treatment options for patients with osteoporosis, vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty and spinal stenosis surgery in septuagenarian and octogenarians.  Genetics and Spine Care:  What we Know Now, Where we are Headed explores a general review of principles of genetics research, genetics of OPLL, degenerative disc disease and idiopathic scoliosis and kyphosis.  Spine Trauma in the Transition Zones discusses trauma in the occipital cervical zone, cervical thoracic zone, thoraco-lumbar zone and the lumbo-sacral zone.  Faculty from NASS and JSSR will moderate these sessions.
