The Heritage Society
The Heritage Society recognizes those individuals who have included the National Spine Society or the Spine Education and Research Center in their estate plans.  As a member of the Heritage Society, we will recognize your generosity now for a gift that we will receive later.  Some options include:

  • A bequest – a gift given through your will or trust
  • Life insurance – NASS or SMI can receive all or part of the proceeds of a policy you no longer need
  • Life income gifts – these include charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts – you can enjoy a steady income for your lifetime and benefit NASS/SMI later
  • Gifts of real property – including a gift of a remainder interest in a home
  • Gifts of retirement account assets

We suggest you contact your financial advisor.  We will be happy to meet with you to discuss these options.  Call the Office of Philanthropy at 630-230-3654.  Nancy Good will be happy to assist you.

Corporate Partnership Program
Corporate support of NASS is as individual as the corporations themselves.  We work with our corporate partners on a one-on-one basis to create a corporate participation plan that meets the charitable interests of each company.
