The Spine Journal
, the official journal of the North American Spine Society, is an international and multidisciplinary journal that publishes original, peer-reviewed articles on research and treatment related to the spine and high-quality, ethical, evidence-based spine care, including basic science and clinical investigations. The Spine Journal (TSJ)

NASS/TSJ Outstanding Paper Awards
Each year, NASS offers up to four awards of $10,000 for an outstanding paper in the following categories: Basic Science, Surgical Science, Medical & Interventional Science, and Value in Spine Care. Entries for the 2012 Outstanding Paper Awards are now being reviewed; the winners presented at the NASS 27th Annual Meeting in Dallas, TX.
The 2013 OPA competition will be open from January 1 to February 1, 2013.
TSJ is published monthly and is provided as a benefit of membership to Active members of the North American Spine Society.
