BADGES AND ADMITTANCE:
Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to the education sessions and meals. Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to all official NASS functions. Counterfeiting, copy or sharing badges, or using a Guest Badge when he/she is not eligible to do so is expressly prohibited, and doing so may result in removal from the meeting and/or revocation of NASS membership.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via mail or email and postmarked on or before September 2, 2021 to receive a refund less cancellation processing fee(s) of Conference $125; One-Day Registration $50; Hands-On Workshop $75; and/or Instructional Course. Registrations are not transferable and there are no substitutions.
NASS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify course/meeting locations, speakers or content at any time and for any reason. For these reasons, registrants should not purchase nonrefundable travel accommodations. NASS s not responsible for costs associated with cancelled travel. Written, verbal or fax notice of cancellation will be given within five (5) working days of the actual date of the program whenever possible.

The courses are for physicians only. If you register for a hands-on course and are not a physician, your registration will be cancelled and your credit card credited the payment amount.

Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless the North American Spine Society its employees, agents, and representatives, from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising or relating thereto.
Specifically relating to the global COVID-19 pandemic, attendee acknowledges the highly contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assumes the risk of exposure or infection by attending the NASS 2021 Annual Meeting, and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, disability, and/or death to attendee. Attendee understands that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at the NASS 2021 Annual Meeting may result from the actions, omissions, or negligence of others who may attend the event or their families, colleagues, or others with whom they may have contact. Accordingly, attendee understands and agrees that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of the North American Spine Society, any of its employees, agents, and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in at the NASS 2021 Annual Meeting.
In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance at the NASS 2021 Annual Meeting, attendee agrees to comply with all COVID-related procedures that may be implemented related to the NASS 2021 Annual Meeting, including but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher COVID-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all NASS 2021 Annual Meeting attendees.
