40th Anniversary Social & Fun Events

Yes. For safety and security purposes, all attendees and guests must be registered for NASS 2025 to attend social events. You can purchase tickets for the ticketed events during the registration process.

To receive a refund (minus $20 cancellation fee) for Denver Brewery Buzz, Walking Ghost Tour and/or the Presidential Soiree, cancellations must be made on or before October 20, 2025. No refunds will be issued after October 20, 2025; regardless of the reason. Registrations are non-transferable and substitutions are not allowed.

By attending this Event you acknowledge and agree to grant NASS the right to record, film, photograph or capture your likeness in any media now available and hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval from you or any payment to you. This grant to NASS includes, but is not limited to, the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use and/or disseminate the media.

NASS disclaims any and all liability for injury or other damages to any individual attending the meeting and for all claims which may arise out of the use of the techniques demonstrated therein by such individuals, whether these claims shall be asserted by physicians or any other person.

Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the NASS Annual Meeting. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless the North American Spine Society its employees, agents, and representatives, from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising or relating thereto.

Health Regulations: In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance at the NASS Annual Meeting, attendee agrees to comply with all local health guidelines and procedures that may be implemented related to the NASS Annual Meeting, including but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher health-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible the health and safety of all NASS Annual Meeting attendees.
