Meeting Cancellation:
NASS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or reformat (including to digital form) programs due to circumstances beyond its control or close registration when programs are oversubscribed. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. NASS is not responsible for penalties incurred as a result of cancelled transportation fares, hotel reservation policies or Visa rejection/refusals.

October 8, 2026 to receive a full refund less cancellation processing fee of $100. No refunds after October 8, 2026. Registrations are not transferable and no substitutions.
