Evaluation & Management Codes and Guidelines Webinar

Starts: Thu 7:00PM CT (Apr 08, 2021) Ends: Thu 8:00PM CT (Apr 08, 2021) OnDemand

Webinar is accessible until May 10.

In January 2021 new E&M Guidelines went into effect which significantly changed the way E&M services should be documented, coded and billed. This applies to new and established office patient encounters only. Although this is extremely good news, confusion exists on exactly how to implement these guidelines. This Webinar will explain in detail exactly how to use the new guidelines which are based on either Medical Decision Making or Time. We will take you through the process of how to document for each level of care while providing examples that are applicable to your everyday spine practice. This one-hour course will be a combination of a presentation as well as a live question and answer session for those attending on-line. If you wish to register for the course, but cannot make it on the day of the session, the content from the webinar will be available to you for your viewing on-line after the course is completed. Additionally, handouts will be made available to you so that you can use them in your everyday practice.
