Meeting Cancellation: NASS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or reformat (including to digital form) programs due to circumstances beyond its control or close registration when programs are oversubscribed. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. NASS is not responsible for penalties incurred as a result of cancelled transportation fares, hotel reservation policies or Visa rejection/refusals.
Attendee Cancellation: Cancellation must be submitted via

January 4, 2024 to receive a full refund less cancellation processing fee of $200.
Registrations are not transferable and no substitutions.
Assumption of Risk and Waiver: Attendee assumes all risks and accepts sole responsibility for any injury (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that attendee may experience or incur in connection with attending the 2024 Lumbar Spinal Injections Meeting. Attendee hereby releases, covenants not to sue, discharges and holds harmless the North American Spine Society its employees, agents, and representatives, from any such claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses of any kind arising or relating thereto.
In addition to all other rules and regulations relating to the attendee’s attendance at the NASS 2024 Lumbar Spinal Injections Meeting, attendee that may be implemented related to the 2024 Lumbar Spinal Injections, including but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher health-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible, the health and safety of all 2024 Lumbar Spinal Injections attendees.
