Submit a Video or Podcast Proposal

Proposals are being accepted by the Online Content Committee for online educational videos and podcasts. These online educational videos and podcasts are created in an effort to offer high-quality, evidence-based, spine-focused, electronic CME content. A wide variety of content exists on both platforms, bringing dynamic educational content to busy spine care professionals on-the-go.

This submission form is for video and podcast proposals. Submit a hands-on course, didactic course or online course/webinar proposals HERE. Submit an abstract or session proposal for the Annual Meeting HERE.

Standards

Submissions should focus on three activity types: point/counterpoint debates, case-based discussions and “hot topic” ask the expert discussions. Please provide a thorough content description and other applicable information to ensure an accurate review.

Participants view or listen in order to reinforce their knowledge and introduce themselves to new concepts and techniques. Topic areas and speakers should be tailored to provoke discussion and represent a multidisciplinary approach to an issue if possible.

Recommendations involving clinical decisions and treatment must be based on evidence that is accepted within the profession of medicine as adequate justification for their indications and contraindications in patient care. All scientific research referred to, reported, or used in support of patient care recommendations must conform to the generally accepted standards of experimental design, data collection and analysis.

The Audience

As the NASS YouTube and Podcast are open and free to the public, learner interests vary considerably. Your content should be developed for and may appeal to orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, physiatrists, pain specialists, neurologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, physician assistants, physical therapists, nurse practitioners, chiropractors and other physicians and allied health professionals involved in spine care.
