Texting NASS Membership for Customer Service Questions


NASS has recently added several options for members to communicate, and stay updated, about their NASS membership via text messaging. NASS currently has three keyword-based communication methods for members with United States phone numbers*:
  • NEW! Customer Service: Text the word “ASKNASS” to 33222 to communicate with the NASS membership staff via text for customer service questions (questions will be answered during regular business hours).
  • Membership Renewal: Text the word “RENEWAL” to 33222 to get updates about your NASS membership renewal status and deadlines via text.
  • NASS Annual Meeting Offers: Text “NASS” to 33222 to sign up for offers associated with the NASS Annual Meeting (available to meeting-attendees only).
Through each of these keywords, members will be asked to provide their full name following their initial text in order for NASS to match their phone number with their NASS membership/registration.

Members unable or not interested in using these text options may continue to contact the NASS membership department via email at [email protected] or by phone at 866-960-6277 or 001-630-230-3600 from outside the United States, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm Central time.
