It is only through the work of its volunteers that the North American Spine Society (NASS) can continue to deliver valuable resources and benefits to our members.
NASS is currently seeking members interested in serving a 3-year term on one or more of its 30-plus committees, sections and other volunteer groups now accepting applications (appointments begin at the 2021 Annual Meeting in Boston this September). If you’re interested in applying, please:
- View Committee Pages on spine.org: The NASS website now includes individual pages for each group with information including recent completed work and application requirements.
- Apply by March 21, 2021: The online committee application is open all year; members interested in serving for the coming term must apply by the end of the month.
- Check Your Disclosure and Other Requirements: All members applying for volunteer positions must have a current disclosure on file with NASS (updated May 1, 2020 or after). Additional requirements (CV, evidence-based medicine training, etc) are listed on each group’s page.
The full appointment timeline is outlined here
