A dedicated NASS member since 1998, Dr. Mhaidli’s 27-year commitment to the Society and the global spine care community makes him a most deserving honoree for this prestigious recognition.

Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Mhaidli has remained committed to advancing spine education, promoting clinical excellence, and enhancing international collaboration. His service on several key NASS committees, including the International Strategic Growth Committee, Section Development Committee, and co-chair of the Section on Spinal Deformity, along with his leadership as former president of both the Spanish Spine Society (GEER) and the Federation of Latin American Spine Societies (SILACO), underscores his longstanding dedication to improving spine care worldwide.
