Increased Social and Fun Activities to Highlight NASS 2025 40th Anniversary Meeting
NASS celebrates the 40th Anniversary of the premier meeting in spine this year in Denver and the meeting promises to provide both an amazing educational experience as well as a fun and festive weekend for attendees. Plus, an all-new weekend schedule, Friday through Sunday, November 14-16 in Denver, Colorado, allows attendees to spend less time out of the office and away from their practice.
This year, we received a record-breaking 1,689 abstract submissions from nearly 40 countries, ensuring the meeting will provide attendees with a broader perspective across all specialties. The robust educational program will feature the latest surgical, medical, and multidisciplinary education and research presented through abstract podium presentations, symposia, Best Papers and iPosters featuring cutting-edge research, all addressing the hottest topics and trends in spine.
Attendees can look forward to some new sessions this year, including a Past President’s Symposium with NASS leaders providing their perspective on today’s spine care, as well as the new Emerging Scholars Showcase featuring the top spine research from medical students in an interactive social setting. Additionally, symposia will be presented by leading international societies, there will be special sessions for early career spine professionals, residents and fellows, and women in spine. And you can explore and get hands-on with the latest innovations in spine from industry at the world’s largest spine technical exhibition.
Our 40th Anniversary celebration will feature many special fun networking events onsite including a new kickoff party with live musical entertainment, the Exhibit Hall ‘Fun for All’ featuring a wide range of fun activities from pickleball competitions, golf simulators, and themed beverage breaks to birds of prey demos, oxygen and vitamin bars, sensory/quiet rooms, and much more! We’ve also added many offsite activities as well including a new Presidential Soiree with an 80s cover band, entertainment and an expanded food menu. And attendees will have the opportunity to take excursions to some of Denver’s most popular tourist attractions. “The Mile-High City,” will provide an amazing experience for attendees, with so many things to discover and explore.
The Meeting Program will be posted soon. Registration opens for NASS Members on May 13. Learn more at www.spine.org/AM.
