NEW – International Traveling Fellowship Program


International Fellowships
NASS is pleased to introduce the International Traveling Fellowship Program, a new initiative aimed at strengthening global collaboration, advancing clinical expertise, and fostering professional growth in spine care.

As part of this effort, NASS has partnered with the Brazilian Spine Society (BSS) to connect fellows with esteemed mentors and institutions throughout Brazil during the 2026-2027 cycle.

Program Highlights:

  • Two- to four-week international observership at premier spine centers in Brazil
  • Exposure to diverse patient populations, surgical techniques, and health care systems
  • Opportunities to engage in academic discussions and potential research collaborations
  • Mentorship from internationally recognized leaders in spine care

Eligibility & Funding:

  • Applicants must be U.S.-based NASS members in good standing
  • Funding is not guaranteed; accepted fellows may apply for available funding opportunities
