Early career spine professionals attending NASS 2023 will have the opportunity to participate in roundtable discussions with leaders in spine to gain valuable advice related to career advancement, transitioning to practice, and areas not widely covered during residency and fellowship.
The informal, small-group discussions take place on Saturday, October 21 at 7:30 AM -8:30 AM PDT.
Each group will be led by a mid-to-late career spine care provider or researcher who has experience in that group’s discussion topic. Attendees will gain strategies to:
- Transition from training to career through interaction with mid-to-late career NASS members
- Maximize early career success in the field of spine research and care through open discussion regarding pearls and common pitfalls
- Better network and build community among other early career spine care providers and researchers.
