State, Hotel and Meeting Health Guidelines

  • General session seating spaced according to local health guidelines.
  • Technical exhibition booths spaced according to local health guidelines.
  • Breakfast and break services managed by assigned hotel staff to ensure all areas remain clean and socially distanced. This also will ensure minimal touchpoints by meeting attendees.
  • Currently, masks are required within meeting registration area, meeting rooms and technical exhibition.
  • NASS to provide signage to promote proper meeting flow.
  • NASS will continue to monitor the health and safety requirements; should these requirements modify before the event, attendees will be notified and expected to adhere to the requirements in place at the time of the event.
*Additional details regarding airport arrival and hotel procedures will be communicated to registered meeting attendees 1-2 weeks prior to arrival. This will also include your meeting confirmation letter and badge pickup instructions.
