All trademarks, logos, brands, trade names, information, data, materials, interfaces, computer code, databases, products, services, software applications and tools, text, images, photographs, audio, video, artwork, design, structure, selection, compilation, assembly, coordination, expression, functionalities, applications, and arrangement of all of the content on this website is the property of NASS, its licensors, sponsors, partners, advertisers, content providors, or other third parties and is protected by all local, state, federal, and international laws.
USER SUBMITTED CONTENT. NASS does not claim responsibility over any content submitted by you or any other user of this website. Any user who submits content to this website is fully responsible for all information and representations contained in that content, and provides such content on a non-exclusive, royalty free, and perpetual basis. All users agree that any content submitted to this website may be used, downloaded, displayed, distributed, or modified by NASS. MEMBER INFORMATION. The Spine Care Provider Search is compiled and published by the North American Spine Society (NASS) as a reference source of demographic and professional information of NASS members. The only permitted uses of the Spine Care Provider Search are for (i) the personal convenience of members of the general public to facilitate quick access to information about spine care providers with whom they may be consulting regarding services, (ii) NASS members or their staff to view their personal listings and (iii) colleagues of members for professional purposes such as patient referrals. NASS reserves the right to monitor all use of this site for compliance with the terms and conditions above. Neither the Spine Care Provider Search nor any of its data, listings or other constituent elements may be downloaded, republished, resold, duplicated or "scraped", in whole or in part, for any purpose other than the personal uses permitted above.

SPINEPAC. NASS members who are U.S. citizens and pay dues or have are voting privileges may contribute to SpinePAC, as may NASS candidate members. All contributions must be drawn on personal accounts. Contributions to SpinePAC are used for political purposes, contributions are voluntary, and you may choose whether and how much to give without concern of favor, disadvantage or reprisal by the National Association of Spine Specialists or SpinePAC. SpinePAC may not accept corporate contributions or contributions from foreign nationals, and you may not be reimbursed for your contribution. If you send a payment in response to this solicitation drawn on your corporate practice account (check or credit card), the payment will be deposited to a NASS6 administrative account and used for permitted political purposes by NASS6 in accordance with Federal Election Commission regulations. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal tax purposes. Federal law requires SpinePAC to make its best effort to report to the Federal Election Commission the name, address, occupation and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year.
