Hands-on Course: Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery

7:30AM - 4:30PM Tuesday,
September 25

This course will provide a targeted focus on current minimally invasive techniques to the spine, including posterior, lateral, OLIF, navigation, robotic, and endoscopy techniques. A short didactic lecture section, will be followed by a comprehensive program that will afford attendees an opportunity for guided practice in the hands-on cadaver bioskills lab. Space will be limited to maximize hands-on time for the participant.

Coding Update: Conquering Your Coding Hurdles

8:00AM - 5:00PM Monday & Tuesday, September 24-25

Dive into the depths of coding covering the latest information on ICD-10, E&M coding and CPT-4 coding of surgical, medical, and radiologic procedures. Meet one-on-one with faculty, examine real life cases, perform operative note dissection, and participate in an interactive panel discussion with leading experts to maximize your profits and minimize your losses. The breakout sessions will allow attendees to ask basic to complex questions particular to their specialty.

Update on Congressional Health Care Legislation, Exploring the Impact Health Care will have on the 2018 Elections

This symposium will review health care reform proposals considered by Congress and examine their effect on spine care providers. Then nationally syndicated broadcast journalist and author, Hugh Hewitt, will offer his perspectives on the upcoming mid-term Congressional elections and discuss how health care is having an impact on the outcome of these races.
