Badges and Admittance:
Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to the education sessions and meals. Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to all official NASS functions. Anyone found counterfeiting, copying or sharing badges, or using a Guest Badge when he/she is not eligible for a Guest Badge, may be subject to sanctions up to and including removal from the meeting and revocation of NASS membership.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation must be submitted via email by August 30, 2018 to receive a refund less cancellation processing fees of conference $125; Hands-On Workshops $75; Instructional Courses $25; Guest Registration $50; and One-Day Registration ($50). Registrations are not transferable and there are no substitutions.
NASS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule or modify course/meetings locations, speakers or content at any time and for any reason. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing nonrefundable travel accommodations. NASS is not responsible for costs associated with cancelled travel costs. Written, verbal or fax notice of cancellation will be given within five (5) working days of the actual date of the program whenever possible.
Change/Transfer Policy:
Registrations are not transferable. Email or call (630) 230-3600 to modify your registration, e.g., add an Instructional Course/Hand-on Workshop, ondemand recordings or edit spelling of name. This function cannot be processed online

Lead Retrieval System/Beacon Technology
Located on the back of your badge for this meeting, you will find a small, wearable beacon. A beacon sends a Bluetooth signal allowing NASS to monitor room capacities and determine traffic patterns in order to enhance the attendee experience. We are excited to see in real time what holds the most value for our attendees and use that in our decision-making moving forward. The beacon does NOT track CME, extend outside the convention center, or does not hold or communicate any individually identifiable information about you. As always, exhibitors will have devices to manually scan your badges to receive your contact information at your discretion. Exhibitors will also receive a copy of meeting attendee’s name, physical mailing address, and specialty after the meeting has concluded.
Hands-On Workshops:
The workshops are for physicians only. If you register for a hands-on workshop and you are not a physician, your workshop registration will be cancelled and your credit card will be credited the payment amount.
