The only official housing provider for NASS 2018 is onPeak. When booking through onPeak, you will have housing support staff to assist you prior to your arrival as well as on-site staff should you require assistance with your hotel reservation while in Los Angeles. How to Reserve Your Accommodations via onPeak
Hotels will not and cannot accept reservations directly. The only hotel rooms that can be reserved are the hotels that are in the NASS hotel program. The cutoff date for reservations is August 28, 2018; discounted rates may not apply after this date. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to room availability. If the room blocks sell out prior to the cutoff date, NASS will secure another hotel for attendees. This is not a guarantee as it is based on rates and availability within the city of Los Angeles over our meeting dates.
Hotel Cancellation/Change Policy via onPeak Changes may be made to existing reservations online with the login credentials listed on your confirmation; by e-mail to email@example.com or by calling 800-545- 1773 Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (ET). You must have the onPeak ID of the reservation you wish to change in order to make any modifications. Changes are based on availability and can be submitted to onPeak until early to mid-September—please reference your confirmation email for more details. After the date(s) specified in your reservation confirmation, further changes need to be communicated directly with the hotel. Cancellations to existing reservations must be made according to the individual hotel’s cancellation policy, which is also noted on your confirmation. Failure to cancel your reservation according to the hotel cancellation policy will result in a charge to your credit card.
Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to the education sessions and meals. Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to all official NASS functions. Anyone found counterfeiting, copying or sharing badges, or using a Guest Badge when he/she is not eligible for a Guest Badge, may be subject to sanctions up to and including removal from the meeting and revocation of NASS membership.

Each year, NASS brings together leading spine authorities representing a multidisciplinary community of spine specialists at its Annual Meeting. The onsite Press Room will include a media-only work area with complimentary beverages, device charging stations, and printer access.. Credentialed journalists can participate in the continental breakfast and lunch breaks with conference attendees. NASS staff will be present to help you arrange interviews with spokespeople and presenters onsite.
