BADGES AND ADMITTANCE
Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to the education sessions and meals. Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to all official NASS functions. Counterfeiting, copy or sharing badges, or using a Guest Badge when not eligible to do so is expressly prohibited, and doing so may result in removal from the meeting and/or revocation of NASS membership.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted on or before January 9, 2025 to receive a refund less the cancellation processing fee(s). Fees are $200 general and/or $20 guest welcome reception. No refunds allowed after January 9; no exceptions. Submit your cancellation via
email.
Note: General registrations can be transferred to OnDemand Recordings after cancellation deadline. No substitutions or transfers allowed.
NASS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or reformat (including to digital form) programs due to circumstances beyond its control or close registration when programs are oversubscribed. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. NASS is not responsible for penalties incurred as a result of cancelled transportation fares, hotel reservation policies or Visa rejection/refusals. Written, verbal, or fax notice of cancellation will be given within five (5) working days of the actual date of the program whenever possible. NASS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
CHANGE/TRANSFER POLICY
Registrations are not transferable.
Email or call (630) 230-3600 to modify your registration (e.g., add a guest welcome reception, edit spelling of name). These modifications are not available online.
LEAD RETRIEVAL SYSTEM
As always, exhibitors will have devices to manually scan badges to receive your contact information at your discretion.
MARKETING OPT-IN/OPT-OUT
The ACCME requires the explicit consent of attendees in order to share participant information. Our Corporate Contributors make significant investments in 2025 NASS ETSS Meeting with an expectation of knowing at least who attended the meeting. By opting in, you are approving sharing your name, specialty and mailing address.
Email addresses will not be shared. In the event you wish to share your email address you can let companies scan your badge.
ONSITE FEE
An onsite fee will apply if you require a registration representative to process your registration at the meeting.
UNAUTHORIZED RECORDING AND DISTRIBUTION PROHIBITED
Unauthorized recording, reproduction or distribution of content created at or affiliated with the 2025 NASS ETSS is prohibited without the prior express written permission of NASS.

In addition to all guidelines and policies relating to the attendee’s attendance at the 2025 NASS ETSS Meeting, attendee agrees to comply with all rules and regulations that may be implemented related to the 2025 NASS ETSS Meeting, including but not limited to, mask-wearing and social distancing requirements and restrictions on certain activities that carry higher health-related risk, in order to protect as much as possible, the health and safety of all 2025 NASS ETSS Meeting attendees.
