The welcome reception will take place on Thursday, February 2nd at the Grand Summit Building (meeting location) from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. Drinks and heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served and it’s a great opportunity to network with faculty and colleagues.

The fee includes attendance for all education sessions, breakfasts and refreshments on Wednesday evening through Saturday morning, the Welcome Reception on Thursday and OnDemand recordings (free/members and $75/nonmembers).

The North American Spine Society designates this live activity for a maximum of 15 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

If you cannot attend the in-person, the OnDemand recordings are available for registration here. The recordings provide access to all educational sessions, including symposia and discussions/debates. Recordings will be available 5-10 business days after the conclusion of the meeting.

The North American Spine Society designates this enduring activity for a maximum of 22.5 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

All attendees are required to pick up their badges on-site with photo identification. You will receive a confirmation email containing a barcode after you register for the meeting. If registering as a student or resident in training, identification also is required to pick up your badge.


Housing

Meeting registration MUST be completed and processed within two weeks of reserving your hotel room. If not, your hotel room will be cancelled without notice. NASS will continuously check the housing list to ensure that those with reservations also are officially registered. NASS reserves the right to cancel housing reservations that do not meet these criteria.

Grand Summit Lodge room rate is $437/night +$30/night resort fee.
Sundial Lodge Hotel room rate is $279/night +30/night resort fee.
Silverado Lodge Hotel room rate is $224/night +30/night resort fee.

You are strongly encouraged to reserve your hotel room early, as the hotel may sell out prior to cutoff date of January 9, 2023. After that date, the discounted rate may not be available.


Read Our Policies

Only persons registered for this meeting are admitted to the education sessions and meals. Badges must be worn at all times to gain admittance to all official NASS functions. Counterfeiting, copy or sharing badges, or using a Guest Badge when he/she is not eligible to do so is expressly prohibited, and doing so may result in removal from the meeting and/or revocation of NASS membership.

Cancellations must be submitted on or before January 4, 2023 to receive a refund less the cancellation processing fee(s). Fees are $125 and/or $15 guest welcome reception. Submit your cancellation via email or by mail (7075 Veterans Blvd, Burr Ridge, IL 60527).

Note: General registrations can be transferred to OnDemand Recordings after cancellation deadline. No substitutions allowed.

NASS reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or reformat (including to digital form) programs due to circumstances beyond its control or close registration when programs are oversubscribed. For these reasons, registrants are advised against purchasing non-refundable airline tickets. NASS is not responsible for penalties incurred as a result of cancelled transportation fares, hotel reservation policies or Visa rejection/refusals. Written, verbal, or fax notice of cancellation will be given within five (5) working days of the actual date of the program whenever possible. NASS reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

Registrations are not transferable. Email or call (630) 230-3600 to modify your registration (e.g., add a guest welcome reception, edit spelling of name). These modifications are not available online.

As always, exhibitors will have devices to manually scan badges to receive your contact information at your discretion.

The ACCME requires the explicit consent of attendees in order to share participant information. Our Corporate Contributors make significant investments in ETSS 2023 with an expectation of knowing at least who attended the meeting. By opting in, you are approving sharing your name, specialty and mailing address. Email addresses will not be shared. In the event you wish to share your email address you can let companies scan your badge.

An onnsite fee will apply if you require a registration representative to process your registration at the convention center.
